How payments work

All prices exclude VAT. Applicable VAT and the total are shown in Stripe before confirmation.

The trial starts when your business is activated and ends on the same date next month, in your business time zone. If that date does not exist, it ends on the last day of the month. No card is required and no payment is taken automatically. Service stops after the trial unless you choose a paid plan.

Your paid period starts with successful payment. Monthly subscriptions are charged once per calendar month; yearly subscriptions once per year. Your card is charged on the renewal date. The price, taxes and selected period are shown before payment.

Stop the next renewal in your dashboard or Stripe portal. You keep access until the paid period ends. Ordinary cancellation does not refund the unused portion; applicable legal rights remain unaffected. Plan changes in Stripe may include a prorated charge, shown before confirmation.

Request a separate invoice and company bank details. Access is activated after receipt of payment is confirmed. Pay renewals at least 5 working days before the period ends. Bank transfers are not charged automatically. Additional work is invoiced separately.

A dashboard reminder appears from 14 days before the period ends. A failed payment may require confirmation or a card update in Stripe. Without a paid renewal, access stops at the end of your paid period. Check your email for Stripe messages.
